Faces in the Storm
In April 2005 I went with my son's mother to visit him in
Taylorsville Mississippi. We took a ride along the Gulf Coast and ended up
in New Orleans. Along the way, we stopped often so I could photograph the
people that we met. I found them most gracious and giving. Each of the
people included in this essay were affected greatly four months later by the
phenomena named Katrina. We can only hope and pray for their well being.
